Not at this time. While we understand that there are many other fields and industries that applicants may be interested in, we don't currently offer any additional training programs. We are looking into the possibly of creating new programs in the future. Why must applicants go through an interview before being accepted into a program?
Much like applying for a job, we conduct intake interviews to get to know applicants and discern if they are a good fit for the program in question.

Why am I on a waiting list for a program?
Classes need 3–4 participants to run, to cover materials and instructor costs. If existing classes are full and there aren’t enough new applicants to start another, you'll be placed on a waitlist until a spot opens or a new class can be formed—space permitting.

When will my print job be done?
Due to a high volume of orders and our commitment to quality control, Options Mississauga does not have fixed deadlines for print jobs.
As a rule of thumb, if your job can be done on an office-grade rather than industrial-grade printer (ex: black and white/minor colour, printed on standard copy paper) we will print your order when you come into the office in-person and process the transaction right then. It shouldn't take long.
If your job falls outside those parameters, we will email you when it is done.

What should I send in my email?
For standard office files (forms, contracts, resumes, etc.), it is acceptable to send only the file. However, for more complex jobs, any specifications about size, paper type, colour, and whether the prints should be single or double-sided, should all be included.
PDF, JPEG and PNG are preferred. Please ensure that files are saved in the desired state before sending; this includes formatting, proper dimensions and resolution to avoid grainy or pixelated images.
