Drop-Off

Items for shipment require a physical shipping label. This can be downloaded online from Purolator's website.

​Don't have a shipping label? Options Mississauga can print one for you with the tracking number in the confirmation email (found above the QR code). This will take additional time.

Options Mississauga cannot guarantee the secure shipment of your package if you leave before the label has been scanned. Please do not exit the shop before scanning has been completed. ​

Pick-Up

Please bring a government-issued photo ID. We cannot hand over your package without confirmation of your identity.

​Examples of government-issued photo ID include a driver's license, passport, Ontario photo card, Canadian citizenship card, etc.

PLEASE NOTE: Options Mississauga is an authorized shipping agent for Purolator only. We cannot accept packages on behalf of UPS, Canada Post, or any other courier besides Purolator.
