PLEASE NOTE: Options Mississauga is an authorized shipping agent for Purolator and FedEx only. We can not accept packages on behalf of UPS, Canada Post, or any other couriers besides Purolator and Fed Ex.

Drop-Off

Items for shipment require a physical shipping label. This can be downloaded online from the appropriate websites below:

​Don't have a shipping label? Options Mississauga can print one for you with the tracking number in the confirmation email (found above the QR code). This will take additional time.

Options Mississauga cannot guarantee the secure shipment of your package if you leave before the label has been scanned. Please do not exit the shop before scanning has been completed. ​

Pick-Up

Please bring a government-issued photo ID. We cannot hand over your package without confirmation of your identity.

​Examples of government-issued photo ID include a driver's license, passport, Ontario photo card, Canadian citizenship card, etc. 

Mailbox Services

We offer rentals of physical mailboxes in our store, with the option to also accept larger packages.

Mailbox rentals can be paid for in increments of:

• 3 months - $60
• 6 months - $100
• 12 months - $180

Please bring a credit card and Government issued photo ID when you come to set up your mailbox.
