Options Mississauga is an authorized shipping agent for Purolator
If you are shipping a return, please bring the label provided by the company you are returning the item to--we can print a label for you free of charge if you received the label digitally via email, or were given a QR code.
If you wish to start a new shipment for a Purolator package to be sent, we can create it and print a Purolator label for you. The fee for this service is set by Purolator; please feel free to request a quote from us.
PLEASE NOTE: we do not ship with any other couriers besides Purolator.
Regarding FedEx Packages
We can only accept FedEx packages with a pre-printed label affixed to the outside. We are unable to create new shipments for FedEx packages, and ask that customers seeking this service look for an authorized FedEx agent.
For All Package Pickups
Please bring Government issued photo ID when picking up your package.
